This place was amazing! Latoya went above and beyond to help me after I had been denied at one of their other centers. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and helped me through the entire process with kindness and patience. The nurse who cared for my dad was also wonderful—she was caring, compassionate, and treated him with respect. I truly wish there were more front desk staff like Latoya at the other centers. Everyone at this location made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The director was also very friendly and made sure to greet us and ensure the center had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team for making such a positive difference. We truly appreciate the excellent care and outstanding customer service!

This place is Amazing!! I went in so nervous because of past dental experiences that traumatized me, but I had the best experience ever at Southside Medical Dentistry - Gresham!! I felt so comfortable; everyone is so friendly and professional, from the front desk to the staff and dentist that helped me. Ms. Shuntaeveyas and Dr. Holt specifically made such a positive imapct on me that I told everyone I know about this location and them specifically. They handled me with such care, like they really love what they do and they do it for the people of our community and not Just a pay check. They way in which they spoke to me, reassuring me and making sure that I was comfortable, I'll Never forget. Thank you Ms. Shuntaeveyas and Dr. Holt for everything ❤️

I love SSM! Dr.Moore is Old school, he genuinely cares about his patients. The OM came out to speak with me and he was kind and concerned that my visit was A-1! The staff at the front desk is amazing also, they fit me in when I call last minute . I’m rocking with SouthSide!!!

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Holt! From my very first visit when she took my X-rays to my extraction today, she has consistently shown such kindness, patience, and genuine care. She has a calming presence that immediately puts you at ease. Before my procedure, she took the time to explain everything, walked me through how to breathe in and out, and made sure I felt comfortable and prepared. Throughout the entire extraction, she continued to communicate with me and guide me so well that I honestly didn’t even realize how much work she was doing. She just has a way of knowing exactly what to say and do to help you feel safe and relaxed. Dr. Holt is not only an incredibly skilled dentist, but she is also a beautiful person with an amazing spirit. Her compassion and professionalism truly stand out, and it makes such a difference when you’re in the dental chair. I have genuinely enjoyed every experience I’ve had here, and I hope one day my smile can be as beautiful as hers. Thank you, Dr. Holt, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one!

My grandchildren had an appointment today at the Gresham Road, Southside Medical Center. The physical site was very clean. The staff was very professional and friendly. Our experience from start to finish was very positive. The staff was very helpful and engaging. I will highly recommend this medical institution to anyone and everyone.
